Since 1964 the restaurant "Ambasciata D'Abruzzo", located in the Parioli area, keeps truly the tradition of the specialties of the roman and abruzzese cousine.
Inside we have spacious dining rooms of different sizes where our special clientel can organise birthday parties, small reunion or business meetings.
First our customers will be welcome with our famous "antipasti", then with our signature dishes for pasta "maccheroni cacio e pepe" and home made ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach.

For the main courses we highly recommend "le tagliate di manzo" prepared in different ways and green peppercorn filet mignon. Also don't forget our fresh fish dishes, delivered daily, cooked in so many appetible ways for example the "tagliata" of yellowfin tuna.
For side dishes we suggest porcini mushroom or if seasonal precious white truffle from Alba. We believe that we serve a lot of food to our customer, but if they saved some room they can try our home made dessert and enjoy
them with abruzzi amari and traditional grappas.
The wine list is extended and various and includes variety of wines from all over Italy's regions.
